J.B.A. Computer Services can employ all the basic tools to recover your data. (Of course, with any media it all depends on why it crashed.) This in turn effects the ability to recover the data.

However, most of the time these methods do work and don't worry if we are unable to recover your data there will be no charge. J.B.A. can recover data from Zip Disks, Hard Drives (I.D.E., Desktops and laptops), Floppy Disks, and Flash Drives.

Prices are $75.00 per media device for recovered data and .75 cents for each C.D. / DVD and .75 cents per Sleeve to store / ship the CD / DVD in.

The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to and from J.B.A.'s facility. Additionally, J.B.A. will not be responsible for lost and / or damaged media done by the shipping company. Additionally the customer is responsible for choosing the shipping company. If the customer chooses to have the "crashed" media returned, then J.B.A. will take every precaution necessary to protect it when packing it for shipment back to the customer. If the customer decides they do not want the media back, it will be destroyed at our facility.
