It is a “one stop shop” for documents, reports, and files without the hassle, size limitations, and insecurity of email.     We here at J.B.A. make security our number one concern and that is why this server uses the industry standard 128 bit encryption. In addition, we employ the latest in virus protection that is updated every two hours and then the server is scanned immediately after that. Our firewall is checked and rechecked daily and there is spy ware software running 24/7.     At no time does J.B.A. open the uploaded files. In the event that a virus is found, the file is quarantined, the client who owns the account is contacted and the file is then deleted.
